well, it’s time to get in shape. time to ditch the fat of 2010 (and let’s face it, 2009).
i joined the gym down the street the other day and had my personal training session today. we set up a fitness and nutrition plan. she made me get on the scale when i told her i weigh 1_0 lbs because she didn’t believe me. i was at 3 lbs less than what i said.
